100% handpicked on 12 March 2019. Inoculated and fermented on skins over a 2 week period. Pressed using a half-ton hydraulic basket press with the primary ferment being completed in a one year old François Frères barrique. Matured on full ferment lees for 11 months. Bottled 28 Jan 2020. Unfined and unfiltered.

Home Block Vineyard, Pinot Noir block. Situated at 230m above sea level, the Pinot Noir was planted in the early 1980’s on an undulating, east facing slope on friable grey loam soils. Completely unirrigated and hand nurtured. Surrounded by National Park.
